- Coordinate with the US-based team to manage scheduling, asset preparation, and project tracking.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities in the real estate sector.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media engagement and web traffic.
- Manage basic administrative tasks related to marketing projects and database organization.
- Support the creation of engaging copy and creative assets for various digital platforms.
- Participate in team brainstorming sessions to generate innovative growth strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduate or early-career professional with a strong interest in Digital Marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing tools (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and basic digital collaboration tools.
