As part of our project team, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of construction project cost management. You will work alongside seasoned professionals, learning how to manage project budgets, prepare essential documentation, and ensure that our construction projects remain cost-effective and compliant with industry standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budget planning, and project feasibility studies.
- Support the tendering process, including drafting documentation and assisting in contract administration.
- Conduct regular site visits to track progress and verify measurement data for progress claims.
- Perform quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors and suppliers to obtain quotations and clarify technical requirements.
- Prepare monthly progress reports and documentation for project managers.
- Maintain accurate records of variation orders and contractual correspondence.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; prior internship experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) is essential.
- Familiarity with construction measurement software (e.g., AutoCAD, Bluebeam) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and a willingness to learn organizational protocols.
