Tanggung Jawab
- Sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, and networking events.
- Screening and interviewing applicants to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit for the role.
- Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline to ensure a steady supply of candidates.
- Liaising with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Managing the full recruitment process from job posting and candidate engagement to offer acceptance.
- Conducting market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates throughout the engagement.
Kualifikasi

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
