Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and assist customers in selecting beauty and optical products, providing personalized recommendations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, promotions, and industry trends
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash/card payments
- Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and organized
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and seasonal merchandising
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Handle customer inquiries and feedback with professionalism
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent
- Prior retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not required (entry-level welcome)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for beauty and optical products
- Team player with a proactive attitude
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods
