About the Role
Joy Nostalg Group is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Equipment Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in Bay, Laguna. This role is pivotal in ensuring the operational efficiency of our housing projects by overseeing the lifecycle of critical construction equipment and formwork systems.
As an Equipment Engineer, you will be the primary point of contact for Cast-in-Place (CIP) formwork management. Your expertise will ensure that all technical assets are utilized correctly, maintained to the highest standards, and that contractors adhere to our strict quality and safety protocols. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and monitor the usage and rotation of Cast-in-Place (CIP) forms across various housing units to ensure optimal project pacing.
- Manage site-level inventory of construction equipment and formwork components, preventing loss or damage.
- Conduct rigorous quality inspections on all equipment to ensure compliance with structural and safety specifications.
- Monitor and audit contractor performance regarding equipment handling and site compliance.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all on-site machinery and tools.
- Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams for the timely delivery and replenishment of technical resources.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports and status updates for the Project Manager regarding equipment efficiency and inventory health.
- Enforce site safety standards (OHS) specifically related to the installation and dismantling of heavy formwork.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related Engineering discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in construction site engineering or equipment management.
- Solid understanding of CIP (Cast-in-Place) formwork systems and aluminum formwork technology.
- Demonstrated ability in contractor management and site supervision.
- Strong analytical skills for inventory tracking and quality assurance reporting.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a project-site environment.
- Willingness to work in Bay, Laguna, under a contract/project-based arrangement.
