Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor industrial machinery to ensure optimal production efficiency
- Transition manual systems to automated operations to enhance productivity
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment per manufacturer guidelines
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical malfunctions promptly
- Implement safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work environments
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize automation processes
- Document equipment performance metrics and maintenance activities
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent in technical field (D3/S1 preferred)
- Minimum 2 years experience operating industrial machinery
- Familiarity with automation systems and PLC programming fundamentals
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Certification in equipment maintenance (e.g., TPM) is advantageous
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Physical stamina to work in manufacturing environments
- Basic computer literacy for documentation systems
