Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze client requirements and configure Odoo ERP modules for banking and finance operations
- Implement financial accounting systems including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and treasury management
- Develop custom workflows and integrations to align with banking compliance standards
- Provide end-user training and documentation for ERP financial modules
- Troubleshoot system issues and optimize performance post-implementation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless data migration and system integration
- Stay updated on Odoo features and banking industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP implementation, preferably Odoo
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Proficiency in Odoo configuration and customization for finance modules
- Experience working with banking/financial institutions preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Certification in Odoo or ERP systems is a plus
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
