Are you a customer-focused tech professional with a passion for ERP solutions? PT Awan Kencana Digital is seeking a dedicated ERP After-Sales Service/Helpdesk Specialist to join our team in Surabaya. In this role, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge Kingdee ERP software and our valued clients, ensuring seamless implementation, troubleshooting, and long-term satisfaction.

You will play a critical role in managing client relationships, providing expert technical support, and identifying opportunities for upselling our value-added services. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide high-quality technical support and troubleshooting for Kingdee ERP users via helpdesk channels.
  • Proactively manage client relationships to ensure high retention and satisfaction levels.
  • Conduct system training and onboarding for new clients to ensure optimal software usage.
  • Identify, develop, and close upselling opportunities for additional ERP modules and services.
  • Collaborate with internal technical and sales teams to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Monitor and track system performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Perform periodic health checks and site visits to major accounts in the Surabaya area.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in ERP helpdesk, software support, or customer success roles.
  • Familiarity with Kingdee ERP or similar enterprise resource planning software is a significant advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally within Surabaya for on-site client meetings.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a results-oriented approach to sales and support.
