Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality technical support and troubleshooting for Kingdee ERP users via helpdesk channels.
- Proactively manage client relationships to ensure high retention and satisfaction levels.
- Conduct system training and onboarding for new clients to ensure optimal software usage.
- Identify, develop, and close upselling opportunities for additional ERP modules and services.
- Collaborate with internal technical and sales teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Monitor and track system performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Perform periodic health checks and site visits to major accounts in the Surabaya area.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in ERP helpdesk, software support, or customer success roles.
- Familiarity with Kingdee ERP or similar enterprise resource planning software is a significant advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally within Surabaya for on-site client meetings.
- Customer-centric mindset with a results-oriented approach to sales and support.
