Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze client business requirements and translate them into effective ERP functional specifications.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process, including system configuration, data migration, and testing.
- Provide comprehensive training and ongoing technical support to end-users to ensure high adoption rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize software features based on specific industry needs.
- Conduct system troubleshooting and provide prompt resolution for functional and technical issues.
- Document all project phases, including requirement gathering, workflow mapping, and user manuals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP trends and module enhancements to provide expert advisory services.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of business processes, particularly in finance, supply chain, or manufacturing.
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to bridge communication gaps between IT and business stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or Microsoft Dynamics) is a significant advantage.
- Proficient in documentation and report writing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conducting professional presentations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project timelines efficiently.
