Pratesis is looking for a dynamic ERP Consultant (Finance & Business Process) to join our growing team in Jakarta Selatan. In this pivotal role, you will act as the bridge between technical ERP solutions and critical business operations, ensuring our clients achieve operational excellence.
As an ERP Consultant, you will spearhead end-to-end implementation projects, from conducting thorough business requirements analysis to system configuration and user training. We value professionals who not only understand complex financial modules but can also articulate how these systems solve real-world business challenges. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze client business requirements and translate them into effective ERP functional designs.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of ERP financial modules, including GL, AP, AR, and Fixed Assets.
- Lead process mapping workshops to identify bottlenecks and streamline business workflows.
- Configure and customize ERP solutions to meet specific client needs while maintaining system integrity.
- Develop detailed functional documentation and user manuals for client training and support.
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure successful system integration and testing.
- Provide post-implementation support and ongoing system optimization to ensure high user adoption.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in ERP implementation (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Deep understanding of accounting principles and business financial processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in SQL or experience with data migration processes is a distinct advantage.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English is highly preferred.
