Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement ERP governance frameworks, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor and enforce compliance with ERP security, data integrity, and system access controls.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure ERP processes align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Manage risk identification and mitigation strategies related to ERP system changes and upgrades.
- Conduct regular audits of ERP system logs and configurations to ensure system stability.
- Facilitate communication between the IT team and business units to resolve governance-related bottlenecks.
- Oversee documentation of ERP processes, workflows, and system configurations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in ERP implementation, support, or governance roles.
- Strong understanding of ERP modules and their functional relationships within a business environment.
- Proven ability to develop and enforce governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) policies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
- Professional certification in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Indonesian is essential for effective cross-functional communication.
