We are seeking a highly skilled ERP & Inventory System Officer to join our dynamic team in Surabaya. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Inventory Management Systems. As a key member of our technology team, you will ensure our inventory processes are optimized, data is accurately maintained, and our ERP system functions at peak efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, particularly in inventory management, and possess the technical expertise to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and train staff on new processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain ERP and inventory management systems to optimize business operations
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional system specifications
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure smooth operation
- Train staff on ERP system usage and inventory management procedures
- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, system performance, and process efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for system improvement
- Ensure data integrity across all inventory and ERP system components
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP system implementation and management
- Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices
- Proficiency in ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience with database management and SQL queries
