Are you a seasoned ERP specialist looking to drive digital transformation and optimize business processes? PT Awan Kencana Digital is seeking a highly motivated ERP Software Implementation Consultant to join our dynamic team in Surabaya. In this role, you will play a critical part in guiding our clients through the end-to-end implementation of enterprise resource planning systems, ensuring seamless integration and operational excellence.
We are looking for a proactive professional who can translate complex business requirements into efficient technical solutions. You will lead project phases, configure system modules, and ensure that our clients derive maximum value from our ERP platforms. If you have a strong background in Kingdee, SAP, or Yonyou and possess excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the full lifecycle of ERP implementation projects, from initial planning and requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Configure and customize ERP modules (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Manufacturing) to align precisely with client-specific business processes.
- Conduct system testing, manage user acceptance testing (UAT), and promptly resolve technical bugs or configuration issues.
- Train end-users and stakeholders on system functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, security, and smooth system integration.
- Document technical specifications, configuration guides, and training materials for the knowledge base.
- Monitor project milestones and ensure deliverables are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Hands-on implementation experience with Kingdee, SAP, Yonyou, or other leading ERP platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP, S/4HANA) and project management principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
