PT Awan Kencana Digital is seeking a highly skilled and proactive ERP Software Implementation Consultant to join our growing team in Surabaya. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the digital transformation journey by designing, implementing, and optimizing enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions. We are looking for a technical expert who can translate complex business requirements into efficient software configurations.
As a key member of our implementation team, you will ensure that our ERP systemsâspecifically Kingdee, SAP, or Yonyouâare aligned with our clients' operational goals. Your expertise will drive project success, ensuring seamless integration and maximizing the return on investment for our valued partners.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of ERP implementation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Configure and customize ERP modules (Kingdee, SAP, Yonyou) to meet specific client business processes and industry standards.
- Perform data migration, including extraction, cleansing, transformation, and loading to ensure data integrity across systems.
- Conduct comprehensive system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and resolve technical issues to ensure system stability.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops to end-users and stakeholders, empowering them to utilize the ERP system effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical documentation, process flows, and user manuals.
- Provide ongoing post-implementation support and troubleshooting to ensure long-term system performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation, specifically with Kingdee, SAP, or Yonyou.
- Strong understanding of financial modules, supply chain management, and general business processes.
- Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and system integration tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
