Are you an experienced ERP professional with a passion for optimizing business processes? PT Infinite Tech Batam is seeking a dedicated ERP System Engineer (Kingdee) to join our growing technical team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our digital infrastructure, ensuring the seamless operation of the Kingdee Cloud Starry Sky ERP, as well as our integrated warehouse management and barcode systems.
As our ERP System Engineer, you will bridge the gap between technical functionality and business requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency, troubleshoot system bottlenecks, and implement enhancements that support our manufacturing and logistics goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage, maintain, and optimize the Kingdee Cloud Starry Sky ERP system to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Oversee the integration of warehouse management systems and barcode scanning infrastructure.
- Analyze business workflow requirements and translate them into effective ERP configurations or customizations.
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for end-users, resolving system errors and process discrepancies.
- Conduct regular system audits, performance tuning, and database maintenance to ensure data integrity.
- Manage system upgrades, patch installations, and configuration backups.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and user training manuals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process automation and business intelligence reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as an ERP System Engineer or Administrator, specifically with Kingdee Cloud Starry Sky.
- Strong understanding of supply chain, warehouse management, and inventory accounting modules.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management (MySQL or SQL Server) is highly preferred.
- Experience with API integrations and middleware for connecting ERP systems with peripheral hardware (barcode scanners/IoT).
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to work independently and manage project timelines effectively in a fast-paced environment.
