Tanggung Jawab
- Facilitate immersive escape room sessions from start to finish, ensuring safety and game flow.
- Inhabit character roles during game play to guide players and enhance the narrative experience.
- Provide clear, enthusiastic briefings to participants before their game begins.
- Monitor game progress via CCTV and provide timely hints or interventions as needed.
- Perform resetting tasks efficiently to prepare rooms for the next group of customers.
- Handle front-desk duties including customer check-ins, bookings, and payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of props, electronics, and room decor.
- Gather feedback and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout their visit.
Kualifikasi
- Passionate about acting, theater, or public speaking.
- High energy, outgoing personality, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to improvise and stay in character under pressure.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a strong plus).
- Commitment to punctuality and professionalism in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to bring joy and excitement to others.
