Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and monitor escrow accounts to ensure funds are securely held and disbursed according to client instructions.
  • Verify the authenticity and completeness of all incoming documents, contracts, and financial records.
  • Communicate with clients, legal counsel, and internal stakeholders regarding transaction status and requirements.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date digital and physical records of all escrow activities and transaction logs.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of closing statements, legal disclosures, and compliance reports.
  • Monitor transaction deadlines and ensure all administrative milestones are met on time.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in escrow, banking, legal administration, or a similar administrative role is highly desirable.
  • Strong command of the English language, both verbal and written, with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to detect discrepancies in data or documents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic accounting software.
  • Familiarity with local real estate or corporate laws and regulatory compliance is an advantage.
