As we expand our sustainability initiatives, we are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented ESG Executive to join our team in Klang/Port Klang. In this pivotal role, you will support the implementation and execution of our comprehensive ESG framework, ensuring our corporate strategies align with global sustainability standards. Your primary focus will be on data management, KPI tracking, and driving high-impact sustainability reporting that showcases our commitment to environmental stewardship and corporate responsibility.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end process of sustainability reporting, ensuring alignment with global frameworks such as GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) and TCFD (Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures).
- Manage and maintain the ESG data management system, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of all sustainability metrics and KPIs.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to environmental impact, waste reduction, energy efficiency, and community engagement.
- Conduct regular internal audits and assessments to ensure the company adheres to environmental regulations and internal ESG policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify improvement areas and develop actionable sustainability initiatives.
- Prepare engaging content for internal newsletters and external communication regarding sustainability achievements.
- Stay updated on emerging ESG trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in ESG, Sustainability, or Environmental Management roles within the corporate sector.
- Strong knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks, data analysis, and sustainability standards.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Relevant certification in ESG or Sustainability (e.g., CSE, CES) is highly desirable.
