Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive ESG frameworks aligned with global standards (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Lead data collection, analysis, and reporting for ESG metrics and sustainability disclosures
- Ensure regulatory compliance with Indonesian ESG policies and international reporting requirements
- Prepare stakeholder communications including sustainability reports, investor briefings, and public disclosures
- Collaborate with departments to integrate ESG considerations into business operations and decision-making
- Monitor emerging ESG trends and regulatory changes to maintain competitive advantage
- Drive continuous improvement in sustainability performance through KPI tracking and audits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, Finance, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in ESG reporting, sustainability, or corporate responsibility roles
- Proficiency in ESG data management tools and sustainability reporting software
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, regulations, and industry best practices
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement
- Certification in ESG (e.g., GRI, SASB) or sustainability management preferred
