Daiichi Properties Inc. is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Estate Engineer to oversee property maintenance and operations at our premier site in Silang, Cavite. In this role, you will play a critical part in preserving the value, safety, and operational excellence of our estate. You will lead maintenance initiatives, supervise third-party contractors, and ensure full compliance with occupational safety and environmental standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all estate facilities, utility systems, and civil structures.
- Supervise, evaluate, and manage third-party contractors and service providers to ensure delivery of high-quality work within budget and schedule.
- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs for electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and safety systems.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, environmental regulations, and occupational health and safety (OSH) standards.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify defects, safety hazards, or areas requiring improvement, and execute swift corrective actions.
- Manage estate operational budgets, review service contracts, and prepare detailed engineering reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Registered/Licensed Engineer is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of solid experience in estate management, property operations, or facilities maintenance.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical grids, generator sets, and water treatment systems.
- Excellent leadership, contractor management, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and CAD software.
- Willing to work on-site in Silang, Cavite.
