- Assure competitiveness of the product through promotions, place of distribution, and price marketing strategies.
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of sales agents to maximize revenue generation.
- Conduct regular sales briefings and motivational sessions to keep the team engaged.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the Bicol Region.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

Kualifikasi
- Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
