Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate facilities maintenance teams to ensure all property systems are functioning optimally
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all estate properties
- Manage property inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Oversee budget planning and cost control for property maintenance and operations
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for property improvements and repairs
- Train and mentor junior staff in proper maintenance procedures and estate management best practices
- Prepare regular reports on property conditions, maintenance activities, and budget expenditures
- Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies and coordinate resolution efforts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in estate or facilities management
- Strong leadership and team management skills with proven ability to supervise staff
- Knowledge of property maintenance systems, safety regulations, and industry best practices
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Certification in facilities management or property management is a plus
