Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine material and labor requirements
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for ceilings, partitions, doors, linings, and carpentry packages
- Conduct market research on current material and labor costs
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure alignment on scope and costs
- Maintain and update estimation databases and historical cost data
- Present cost estimates to clients with detailed justifications
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Estimator in construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and standards
- Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in calculations
- Good communication skills for client interactions
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Relevant degree or certification in construction management preferred
