As an Estimator, you will play a vital role in delivering reliable, high-quality tender support to builders across multiple projects. You will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project plans, and collaborating with project managers and subcontractors to ensure competitive and profitable bids.

Tanggung Jawab
- Review and analyze construction drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing for materials and labor.
- Perform quantity takeoffs and evaluate material quantities for accurate bid proposals.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project budgets and schedules.
- Identify potential risks and value engineering opportunities to optimize project costs.
- Prepare and submit timely and accurate tenders and proposals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry pricing, trends, and market conditions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction estimating, preferably in building or infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and contracts.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Experience with cost estimating software and Microsoft Excel is required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet tight deadlines.
