Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements and material needs.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor project budgets and compare estimated costs against actual expenditures to identify variances.
- Conduct site visits to assess project scope and verify on-ground requirements.
- Source and negotiate prices with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
- Maintain accurate records of all estimates, quotes, and project data in the company database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical support during the bidding process.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Estimator in the steel or construction industry.
- Proficiency in estimation software such as ProEst, Bluebeam, or MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with local construction codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and pressure.
