CNC Construction & Development Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Estimator to join our dynamic team in Quezon City. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the project lifecycle, ensuring accuracy in our project costs and providing the data-driven insights necessary for our construction success.
The successful candidate will be responsible for translating complex blueprints into actionable Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM). We are looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and has a keen eye for detail. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM) based on project scope and technical drawings.
- Analyze architectural, structural, and MEP drawings to determine accurate material and labor costs.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to verify current market pricing and supplier quotes.
- Conduct site visits as necessary to assess project conditions and verify measurements.
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for project tenders and internal budgeting.
- Maintain an organized database of construction costs and historical project data.
- Assist project managers in reviewing and refining budgets throughout the construction phase.
- Ensure all estimates comply with company standards and client requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related construction management field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in construction estimation or a similar technical role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost-estimation software.
- Highly advantageous: Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience in producing detailed shop drawings.
- In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methodologies, and local building codes.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret complex technical specifications and drawings with high accuracy.
- Professional approach with a focus on meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
