In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in our project planning and financial management by accurately calculating project costs and ensuring our estimates align with market standards. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for analyzing blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project scope, material requirements, and labor needs. You will collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to prepare comprehensive cost estimates for new projects and tenders. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze architectural blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to determine project scope and requirements.
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Review and evaluate project proposals, subcontractor quotes, and supplier bids to ensure competitive pricing.
- Identify potential risks, contingencies, and cost overruns during the planning phase.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure all estimates are aligned with project goals and timelines.
- Update cost databases and estimation models regularly to reflect market price fluctuations.
- Participate in client meetings and site visits to gather necessary data for accurate estimations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years minimum) as an Estimator in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in using estimation software (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, PlanSwift, or similar).
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex technical data accurately.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a cross-functional team.
