Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze architectural/engineering drawings and specifications to prepare detailed cost estimates
- Quantify materials, labor, and equipment requirements for construction projects
- Research current market prices for materials and subcontractor services
- Develop comprehensive bid documents and tender submissions
- Collaborate with project teams to align estimates with project scope and timelines
- Review and analyze subcontractor bids for cost-effectiveness
- Monitor cost variances and provide proactive budget forecasting
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction Estimator in Indonesia
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., WinQS, CostX, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to mathematical precision
- Experience with MEP and interior project estimation preferred
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and specifications
- Strong negotiation and communication skills for client/subcontractor interactions
