Integrated OS, a leading provider of high-quality fencing and construction solutions in the Philippines, is searching for a talented and motivated Estimator/CAD Drafter to join our team in Muntinlupa City. This key position combines the critical functions of cost estimation and design drafting, offering a unique opportunity to influence project success from the early stages.
As the Estimator/CAD Drafter, you will be responsible for preparing comprehensive and accurate cost estimates that form the foundation of our competitive bids. You will diligently analyze project plans, specifications, and site conditions to determine material, labor, and equipment costs. Your attention to detail ensures that projects are accurately budgeted and profitable. Concurrently, you will leverage your CAD expertise to produce detailed technical drawings and plans that guide project execution. You will work closely with the project management and engineering teams to refine designs, incorporate revisions, and ensure that all drawings meet stringent quality and regulatory standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for fencing and construction projects by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and proposals.
- Create accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings for project design and approval.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop cost-effective solutions.
- Review and update drawings based on feedback and site conditions.
- Maintain a database of material costs and vendor pricing for accurate estimating.
- Assist in the preparation of bid proposals and tender documents.
- Ensure all drawings and estimates comply with industry regulations and company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in cost estimation and CAD drafting, preferably in construction or fencing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration.
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and local building codes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
