In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the success of our projects by providing precise cost estimates, analyzing project requirements, and ensuring that our bids are both competitive and profitable.
The ideal candidate will be instrumental in bridging the gap between design and construction. You will be responsible for reviewing blueprints, conducting site visits, and collaborating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure accurate material and labor projections. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and site requirements to determine total project costs.
- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for materials, equipment, and labor.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotes and negotiate pricing.
- Track and monitor project costs against the original budget to identify variances.
- Prepare and submit professional tender documents and bid proposals.
- Maintain an organized database of historical cost data for future projects.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate physical site conditions and project complexity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in construction estimation or a similar technical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and construction estimation software.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy in calculations.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
