Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, and project requirements to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
- Conduct detailed quantity take-offs for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Solicit and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
- Monitor and track project costs throughout the lifecycle to ensure budget adherence.
- Prepare and present accurate, timely, and professional bid proposals to clients and management.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities for cost-saving during the estimation phase.
- Maintain a database of historical project costs to improve future estimation accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Estimator in the construction sector.
- Strong proficiency in industry-standard estimation software and Microsoft Excel.
- Solid understanding of construction materials, labor productivity, and market pricing.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with vendors and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
