In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our growth, taking ownership of the estimating process and eventually leading a high-performing team.
As an Estimator with Wainwright Facades, you will work on complex, high-value facade projects, ensuring precision, profitability, and project success. You will collaborate with international stakeholders, review architectural blueprints, and develop accurate cost projections. Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze complex architectural blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine total project requirements.
- Prepare accurate, comprehensive cost estimates for facade systems, including materials, labor, and equipment.
- Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and build a reliable supply chain.
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and risk factors during the pre-construction phase.
- Maintain detailed records of estimates, bids, and supporting documentation in accordance with company standards.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of estimating workflows and internal processes.
- Present final estimates and technical proposals to international management teams with clarity and professionalism.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Estimator, specifically within the construction or facade/cladding industry.
- Proficiency in reading technical blueprints and understanding structural engineering requirements.
- Advanced computer literacy, including experience with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Planswift) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a high degree of mathematical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to coordinate with international teams.
- Proven ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, growth-oriented business environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is highly preferred.
