In this role, you will be the backbone of our operational success, ensuring that every project is not only visually stunning but also financially viable and executed with Gold Standard precision.
You will work closely with our design, production, and project management teams to analyze specifications, calculate material and labor requirements, and provide accurate cost projections. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in meticulous planning, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze architectural drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to determine the scope of work.
- Calculate accurate costs for materials, specialized labor, equipment, and logistical execution needs.
- Collaborate with internal design teams and external suppliers to source competitive pricing for high-quality materials.
- Prepare comprehensive, professional cost estimates and bid proposals for stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and price fluctuations to ensure long-term profitability and competitive bidding.
- Coordinate with the operations team to reconcile estimated costs against actual project performance post-execution.
- Manage multiple project estimates simultaneously under tight deadlines without compromising on accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as an Estimator or Cost Planner, preferably in the construction or experiential design industry.
- Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or Excel-based modeling).
- Strong mathematical aptitude with extreme attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor and client management.
- Deep understanding of construction methods, material types, and labor cost structures in the Philippines.
- Ability to interpret complex design requirements and translate them into actionable, executable budgets.
