- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and documents to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Prepare detailed takeoffs and quantity surveys for construction materials and labor
- Research current market prices for materials and equipment to ensure competitive bids
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to understand project requirements
- Develop comprehensive estimates that include all costs associated with construction projects
- Review and update estimates as project requirements change or new information becomes available
- Present estimates to clients and stakeholders in a clear and professional manner
- Ensure all estimates comply with company standards and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction estimation
- Proficiency with estimation software such as WinEst, Bluebeam, or similar tools
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience working on residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects
