As an Estimator, you will be the cornerstone of our pre-construction department, entrusted with the financial blueprint of our ventures. Your core responsibility will be to turn conceptual designs and architect's visions into precise, competitive, and profitable cost models. You will collaborate daily with a cross-functional team of project managers, design engineers, and procurement specialists, providing the cost intelligence necessary to guide decisions from feasibility studies through to tender submission. Your analytical rigor will help maintain Samsung C&T's benchmark standards for quality, safety, and innovation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for architectural, structural, and MEPF works for large-scale infrastructure and building projects.
- Perform accurate quantity takeoffs from construction drawings and specifications using industry-standard software (e.g., Bluebeam, Planswift).
- Evaluate, compare, and negotiate bids from subcontractors and material suppliers to secure optimal pricing and terms.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers during the pre-construction phase to develop cost-effective design and construction methodologies.
- Identify and document value engineering opportunities and cost-saving measures without compromising quality or safety.
- Assist in the development of project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and periodic cost status reports for management review.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive cost database, including historical cost data, material prices, and labor productivity rates.
- Support the bid submission process by compiling and formatting complete, accurate, and competitive proposal packages.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, focusing on large-scale building or infrastructure projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex cost modeling and analysis; experience with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, Planswift, Candy) is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of quantity surveying principles, construction methods, materials, and local market pricing in the Philippines.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and logical reasoning skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to read and interpret construction blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
- Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CCCE, PSP, or equivalent) are a strong advantage.
