Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed construction cost estimates based on blueprints, specifications, and project requirements
- Analyze bid documents and develop comprehensive pricing strategies for competitive tenders
- Conduct on-site material takeoffs and verify quantities with engineering teams
- Collaborate with procurement to source optimal material costs and vendor pricing
- Perform risk assessments and contingency planning for cost uncertainties
- Maintain historical cost databases and update estimation models
- Present cost analyses to stakeholders and provide justification for estimate variances
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction estimation or cost analysis
- Proficiency in estimation software (CostX, WinEst, or similar)
- Strong understanding of Indonesian construction materials and labor markets
- Certification in cost estimation (e.g., AACE or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to mathematical precision
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Advanced negotiation skills for vendor and subcontractor agreements
