Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze construction blueprints, specifications, and project requirements to develop accurate cost estimates
- Prepare detailed takeoffs, material quantity calculations, and labor cost assessments
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to refine cost models
- Monitor market trends for material and labor costs to ensure estimate competitiveness
- Prepare bid documents, proposals, and cost reports for client presentations
- Implement risk analysis and contingency planning in estimation processes
- Utilize estimation software (e.g., WinQS, CostX) for precise calculations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction cost estimation
- Proficiency in estimation software and construction industry databases
- Strong analytical skills with attention to mathematical precision
- Knowledge of local construction regulations, materials, and labor costs
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
- Certification in cost estimation (e.g., ACI, CCE) preferred
