Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation
- Implement quality control measures and safety compliance protocols
- Resolve technical issues and mitigate project risks proactively
- Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project supervision
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, AutoCAD)
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and safety standards
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills
- Certification in PMP or Construction Management preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
