As a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of cost control, contract administration, and financial reporting for Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) works. You will act as the primary financial lead for the project, ensuring that all estimates, valuations, and final accounts are accurate and compliant with contractual terms. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full lifecycle of cost control for M&E projects, including tender preparation, cost forecasting, and final account reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze monthly valuation reports, variations, and claims to ensure accurate project cash flow.
- Monitor project budgets closely and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and subcontractors regarding payment certificates and contractual disputes.
- Conduct detailed site measurements and quantity take-offs for M&E materials and works.
- Ensure all QS activities strictly adhere to company policies, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide expert advice on contractual interpretation and risk management strategies to the project team.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Economics, or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in M&E Quantity Surveying within the construction industry.
- Proven experience working with A1 Main Contractors or equivalent reputable firms.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and Quantity Surveying software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Excel).
- Professional qualification (e.g., RICS, HKIS, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Valid Singapore Work Pass eligibility (S Pass/Employment Pass).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
