We are excited to partner with a reputable main contractor in Singapore to search for a dedicated and meticulous QA/QC Engineer to join their growing team. In this role, you will be assigned to a prestigious project located in Yishun, North Region, where you will play a critical role in ensuring that all construction activities meet the highest quality standards, contractual specifications, and regulatory requirements.
As the QA/QC Engineer, you will be the gatekeeper of quality on site. You will be responsible for developing and implementing Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), conducting regular site inspections, managing material testing, and ensuring strict compliance with ISO 9001 standards. You will work closely with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and drive continuous improvement through CAPA. Your meticulous documentation and reporting will be key to successful project delivery and handover.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough site inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications, drawings, and building regulations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).
- Coordinate and supervise material testing, concrete strength tests, and soil compaction tests.
- Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), root cause analysis, and CAPA follow-ups.
- Prepare and review QA/QC reports, weekly quality reports, and monthly summary reports.
- Conduct internal quality audits and facilitate external audits by clients and authorities.
- Liaise with consultants, site engineers, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues promptly.
- Assist in project handover documentation and ensure proper document control.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant QA/QC experience in the local construction industry.
- WSH Supervisor Certificate and Safety Coordinator Course (SCC) preferred.
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SS 506 / ISO 45001 requirements.
- Familiarity with Singapore building codes and regulations (BCA, SCDF, NEA).
- Proficient in project documentation, Microsoft Office, and QA/QC software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Must be physically fit and willing to work 5.5 days a week at the Yishun construction site.
