Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic evaluations of administrative processes and recommend efficiency improvements
- Manage documentation systems, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional projects and track progress through milestone reporting
- Support senior leadership with data analysis and preparation of evaluation reports
- Oversee office operations including inventory management, scheduling, and vendor coordination
- Implement administrative policies and maintain quality control systems
- Facilitate onboarding processes for temporary staff and contractors
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or evaluation roles
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with contract-based administrative workflows
