Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, develop, and execute end-to-end event activation strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless logistical execution of events.
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
- Oversee on-site production, setup, and teardown, ensuring high standards of brand presentation.
- Analyze event performance data and consumer feedback to report on ROI and suggest improvements.
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all activation touchpoints.
- Train and supervise field teams or brand ambassadors to deliver exceptional service at events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in event management, brand activation, or field marketing.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor management and stakeholder collaboration.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to troubleshoot logistical challenges on the fly.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends as required by event schedules.
