- Plan, coordinate, and execute both online and offline events that support brand objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders
- Manage event budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure event alignment with business goals
- Conduct post-event analysis and prepare reports on event performance and ROI
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility and market reach
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in event management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management and partnership development
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with both online and offline event formats
