Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and execute all internal and external events, including music recitals and student showcases.
- Coordinate technical requirements, including sound, lighting, and stage layout, for various performances.
- Manage event timelines, checklists, and vendor communications to ensure seamless operation.
- Collaborate with music instructors and school management to align event themes with curriculum goals.
- Oversee on-site event management, troubleshooting issues as they arise to ensure guest and performer satisfaction.
- Manage event budget allocation and track expenses effectively.
- Assist in promoting events to students, parents, and the broader Denpasar community.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Communication, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event coordination, preferably within the education or arts sector.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in basic technical/audiovisual equipment setup and event software tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, during event periods.
- High level of creativity, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
