In this role, you will act as the face of our brand, managing the lifecycle of event concepts from initial brainstorming to final execution. You will be responsible for developing innovative decorative concepts and professional proposals that align with client visions. Additionally, you will coordinate seamlessly with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a smooth operational workflow that meets and exceeds client expectations.

You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, manage budgets, and oversee the setup of events to ensure every detail is perfect. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop unique and creative event themes and decorative concepts based on client requirements and brand identity.
- Create detailed proposals, mood boards, and visual presentations for client approvals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including florists, lighting technicians, and rental vendors, to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Manage event timelines and on-site operations to guarantee smooth execution on the day of the event.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and incorporate feedback.
- Oversee budget tracking and cost estimation to ensure projects remain financially viable.
- Supervise the setup and teardown process to maintain high standards of presentation.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in event planning, interior decoration, or a related creative field.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, color theory, and spatial arrangement.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse clients and team members.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design software (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
- A valid driving license is preferred due to travel requirements within the region.
