Are you a strategic leader with a passion for creating memorable brand experiences? Eraya is seeking a dynamic Event & Exhibition Supervisor to oversee our high-impact marketing campaigns. In this pivotal role, you will translate complex brand briefs into executable, measurable event strategies. You will conduct thorough site surveys and manage logistics to ensure seamless execution. We are looking for someone who can coordinate with vendors, supervise on-site teams, and deliver excellence in every activation. As a Supervisor, you will act as the bridge between the client and the execution team, ensuring that every event aligns with Eraya's high standards of quality and brand integrity.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and refine event/activation briefs provided by the brand PIC to ensure measurability and feasibility.
- Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies for event locations.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and logistics providers to ensure timely setup and execution.
- Supervise on-site teams during event execution to ensure brand standards are maintained.
- Monitor event budgets and report on financial performance.
- Manage on-site problem-solving and coordinate emergency responses if necessary.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on KPIs and campaign objectives.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in event management or exhibition supervision.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
- Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.
- Experience in Jakarta Raya is highly valued.
