Tanggung Jawab
- Develop comprehensive event strategies and operational plans aligned with marketing objectives
- Coordinate logistics including venue selection, vendor management, and budget oversight
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution and stakeholder alignment
- Monitor event KPIs and conduct post-event analysis for continuous improvement
- Manage crisis protocols and troubleshoot real-time challenges during events
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and community stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and brand guidelines across all events
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in event management or marketing coordination
- Proven track record in planning and executing diverse corporate/community events
- Strong proficiency in budget management and resource allocation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with vendors and stakeholders
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Event Management preferred
- Advanced proficiency in event management software and digital tools
- Deep understanding of Yogyakarta's local market and cultural landscape
