Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and execute marketing events and product launches within the beauty industry.
- Develop comprehensive event proposals, including themes, timelines, and budget estimates.
- Coordinate closely with internal marketing teams and external vendors (catering, decor, AV) to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage on-site event logistics, including registration, crowd control, and guest management.
- Monitor event performance and prepare detailed post-event reports and feedback analysis.
- Identify and negotiate with new potential vendors to enhance service quality and cost-efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in event management, marketing, or hospitality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and design aesthetics.
