Wzone Gym Studio, a leading fitness destination in Yogyakarta, is looking for a dynamic and creative Event Marketing Intern to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in planning, promoting, and executing high-energy fitness events that engage our community and promote a healthy lifestyle.
As an Event Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our marketing department to bring our studio vision to life. You will assist in conceptualizing event themes, coordinating logistics, and creating buzz through social media and on-ground activities. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various studio events and member workshops.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media promotion.
- Coordinate with vendors, instructors, and internal staff to ensure smooth event logistics.
- Manage registration lists, attendee inquiries, and on-site guest check-ins.
- Assist in setting up event venues, decorations, and equipment.
- Collect feedback from participants to improve future events.
- Monitor event performance metrics and prepare brief summary reports.
- Support general studio marketing initiatives as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the fitness, wellness, or gym industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in basic social media tools (Instagram, TikTok) and creative content apps.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and a team player who can take initiative.
- Available for a minimum internship duration of 3 months.
- Based in or able to commute easily to Yogyakarta.
