Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events including product launches, trade shows, and client engagement activities
- Develop comprehensive event budgets and maintain strict cost controls throughout execution
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for venues, catering, and technical services
- Coordinate cross-departmental resources to ensure seamless event logistics and timelines
- Monitor event performance metrics and prepare post-event analysis reports
- Ensure all brand guidelines and safety protocols are strictly followed during events
- Drive attendee engagement through innovative event promotion and registration strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Event Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate event planning or coordination
- Proven budget management and financial control experience
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
